Getting started
What does Pavilion cost?
Setting up your event and taking sign-ups is free, for every event, for as long as you need. Event Day is $250 per event, paid once. There is no subscription.
Do I have to pay before I can start?
No. Create your event, share the link, and let sign-ups build. Pay when you're ready to go live, even the morning of.
How do I unlock Event Day?
Open your event in the console and hit Unlock · $250 on the Wall tab. You pay through Stripe and land back in your console with Event Day on.
Is there something smaller than Event Day?
Yes. The Party pass is $49 for events up to 25 people and turns on the same things: the wall and screens, live polls, the draft board and order reveal. It sits next to Unlock in your console. Past 25 people, it’s Event Day.
Does Pavilion run my fantasy draft?
There’s a page just for draft night. The short version: no, Sleeper, ESPN, or your league app runs the draft. Pavilion runs the room: the order reveal on the TV, then who’s on the clock and the last picks next to the trash-talk wall and a live poll. Picks come in from ESPN public leagues automatically, from Sleeper where we have their OK, or one person logs each pick from a phone. Dues and RSVPs are on the same link.
Can you set the event up for me?
Yes. It's $150 and we build the whole thing from what you send us. Email pavilion@whitestone-platforms.com with your event date and what you're running.
Can I run more than one event?
Yes. Each event has its own link, roster, and console. Event Day is per event.
Sign-ups
How do guests sign up?
From one link. They enter their name, email, and phone, add anyone signing up with them, and pick their activities. No account, no app.
Can a family sign up together?
Yes. One person fills in the whole party. Kids ride along on the same form and land in their own division.
Do guests get a confirmation?
They see their confirmation code on screen the moment they submit. Ask them to screenshot it. That code is what they show at check-in.
Can I see who's signed up?
Your console shows the live roster as it fills, sorted into households.
Can I close sign-ups?
Yes. Each division gets its own close time, so kids' sign-ups can stay open after adult spots close.
Event day
What happens on the day?
Guests use the same link they signed up with. You check people in from the roster in your console. The wall and photos show on whatever screen you point at your screen link.
How do I get the wall on a screen?
Your console gives you a screen link. Open it in a browser on any TV, projector, or laptop. Getting it onto the screen is your part.
What if someone shows up who didn't sign up?
Sign them up at the door on the same link. They're on the roster in seconds.
What if guests post something I don't want on the screen?
Auto-moderation approves clean posts and holds anything with links, phone numbers, or rough language for your review. You can switch to full manual, and you can blank the screens at any time.
What if something goes wrong during my event?
A real person is on for your event day. Email pavilion@whitestone-platforms.com and we work the problem with you while your event keeps going.
Money
Can I charge guests to register?
You can put your Venmo or Cash App handle on the sign-up page and guests pay you directly. Pavilion never touches that money.
Does Pavilion take a cut of what guests pay me?
No.
What's your refund policy?
If Pavilion doesn't work on your event day, or it gets in the way of your event, we refund what you paid for that event. Email pavilion@whitestone-platforms.com and we'll take care of it.
Your account
I forgot my password.
Use the reset link on the log in page. We'll email you a link to set a new one.
How do I reach a person?
pavilion@whitestone-platforms.com. That address goes to a person, not a queue.
